How This Works

Twenty-five minutes. One pattern at a time.

Sessions are intentionally short. 25 minutes. Because clarity doesn't require an hour of talking. It requires the right question and the willingness to allow what comes up.

We meet in person, by phone, or by video. You bring whatever you're sitting with. Where you feel stuck, what you want but can't seem to reach. Together we find what's actually being said underneath and discover how to align with what you want.

You'll leave with one practice. Not a list. Something small, specific, and meaningful. A real step toward the shift that has felt out of reach.
