The Method
You don't attract what you want. You attract what you are.
The work isn't about adding more. It's about removing what's in the way.
How This Works
There's no formula. There's a practice.
The method isn't a system you learn. It's a way of meeting yourself. It moves in four quiet stages, the same ones that shape every coaching session.
None of them are linear. You'll revisit them again and again, because the work isn't something you finish. It's something you live inside of.
-
The First Movement
Getting honest about what you actually want.
Most people aren't stuck because they lack options. They're stuck because they haven't let themselves name what they truly want. Naming it feels risky. To say it out loud is to face the possibility of not getting it.
So we start here. Not with strategy. With the one honest question: what do you want? Not the safe version. Not the one that sounds reasonable at dinner. The real one.
From there, everything has a reference point. Every choice gets measured against that one thing.
-
The Second Movement
Turning toward what you've been avoiding.
The things we resist aren't the enemy. They're the map. Fear, doubt, the quiet voice that says not yet, these aren't signs that something is wrong. They're pointing at the exact places where the real work lives.
This is where we meet those places. Gently. Without performance. With honesty as the starting point, not a destination to earn.
What you've been avoiding is usually where your freedom lives.
-
The Third Movement
Alignment.
Once you know what you want and you've stopped fighting yourself, the work becomes simple. Not easy. Simple. Every choice becomes a small act of agreement with the life you're reaching for.
The body will resist. It will want to collapse back into what's familiar. The work is choosing alignment anyway, again and again. Over time, that consistency is what creates real change.
Peace shows up not because fear is gone. Because you're no longer fighting yourself.
-
The Fourth Movement
Living beyond the old limits.
The last movement is the quietest. It's the place where the work becomes who you are. Where what used to feel impossible starts to feel natural. Where you stop reaching for the life you want and start living inside it.
You'll still meet old patterns at the edge of something good. You'll feel the pull back toward what's familiar. The practice is recognizing it, holding steady, and moving forward anyway.
This is where the real expansion happens. Not by becoming someone new. By becoming more of who you've always been.
“This is not a formula. It is a practice. And it begins the moment you decide you’re ready.”
Begin
You don't need to start from the beginning. You just need to start.
One session is enough to begin.
